To ensure our customers are satisfied on receiving the chosen product here are some guidelines to follow before purchasing any of our products.

Do go through the product details carefully while placing an order, please ensure that you are fully convinced about the design and product features and that you would like to carry out the purchase.

Purchasing a shoe

Please ensure that you are purchasing the appropriate size for your foot. Do measure your foot from the tip of the largest toe to the tip of your heel in centimeters. (as shown in the image)

  • All shoe orders must include the interpretation in centimeters to avoid size issues.
  • Orders placed in terms of size fit and design, will be in line to its delivery.
  • In case of design/colors please note products may appear different on the website as compared to when seen physically.

NB: Please note that images displayed on the website necessarily may not be available at the time of purchase, the same shall be advised with an one-to-one interaction over a mail or call. Ask for recreation or personalization of the same.

  • In case of a customized order, the design of the shoe structure may vary from that of seen on the website due to the non-availability/any other reason.
  • Colors of the shoe laces may vary from that seen on the website at the time of purchase.
  • The sole designs may vary from one shoe to the other.
  • Jugaad Factory creates the art on the shoe.
  • Jugaad Factory takes no responsibility for any manufacturing defect or quality issue of the product in any manner whatsoever. (We do not manufacture shoes)!

When placing an order for a customized art, the customer is free to choose the Brand of the shoe of his/her choice. Please note the price of the shoe will then differ from the original price as mentioned on the website.

  • Please note the art is hand painted and not by machines. Hence it is bound to be different from that of a machine print.
  • Please note: once the confirmation form has been submitted by the customer for a customized product, it can be cancelled within 48 hours.
  • While placing an order the customer must follow the following steps mentioned below;

On purchasing a ready product

  1. Fill up the form given
  2. Sign the agreement by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions
  3. Make 100 % payment
  4. Submit Form

On purchasing a customized product:

  1. Place an order
  2. Discuss
  3. Confirm
  4. Fill up the form given
  5. Sign the agreement by agreeing to the Term & Conditions
  6. Make payment
  7. Submit

*The work will only start after the above has been fulfilled

Purchasing a t-shirt

  • Jugaad Factory creates the art on the t-shirt; and does not manufacture them! We shall not be responsible for any manufacturing quality related issues of the product in any manner whatsoever.
